Terms & Conditions of Hire

Terms and Conditions for booking Kingsway Function Rooms

  1. A refundable security deposit of £200 cash is required at the time of booking.
  2. Room Hire for Kingsway Function Rooms is £50.
  3. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damages from the security deposit.
  4. In the event of cancellation, £100 of the security deposit is non-refundable.
  5. The behaviour of all the guests is the responsibility of the person(s) entering into the agreement with Kingsway Function Rooms.
  6. Any person acting in a disruptive or inappropriate manner will be asked to leave the premises.
  7. A security person will be on the premises at all times when the Hall is being hired.
  8. Children are the responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian(s) and must be supervised at all times.
  9. Children are not allowed in the bar / lounge area after 8pm.
  10. Only alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks purchased on the premises, may be consumed on the premises. Any person found to be consuming their own drinks, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, will be asked to leave immediately and will result in the loss of the £200 security deposit.
  11. Opening hours are at the Manager’s discretion and subject to change at any time.
  12. In line with legislation, Kingsway Function Rooms has adopted the “Challenge 21 Policy”. Everyone who attempts to buy alcohol but appears to be under 21 will be asked for ID.
  13. The payment of the deposit will be confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
